The Developer System covers CPD Portfolios, appraisal, work observations, 360 degree feedback analysis, induction, probation, training activities and their evaluation. You can access a staff member’s appraisal record from 5 years ago in an instant. Or even their whole portfolio of records.

The Developer System integrates 2,500 documents per 100 staff per year and gives you instant access to these records. In many important respects, it will also collate what they say. This means that you can genuinely “know your people”.
