Integrated Indicative Risk Management

Indicative Risk Management is fully integrated throughout the planning module. A central Risk Register is applied throughout and risk is calculated by the Developer System against all aspects of business and departmental planning. The system will then automatically flag up Indicative Management Options for each risk, followed by options to show a recommended level of monitoring and action.

A second level of Unanticipated Risks can be flagged up by managers at all levels at any time during the business cycle. These can be analysed and tracked by senior managers.
