Second Example: CPD

This comprehensive area includes Personal Logs, Training Applications and Training Programme. These different areas can interact in an intuitive way and there is also direct interaction with the Tracker. The package includes:

  • Training Activity Reports
  • Staff Attendance records and reports for individual staff and across the organization (including budget planning information)
  • Individual Applications for Training Activities
  • A Training Activity Management screen for CPD Managers, which reduces management of activities to the click of a button
  • Personal Logs for all staff
  • Training Activity Evaluations
  • Review Summary Statements
  • Evaluation Analysis and grading by Activity and by Provider

The Training Programme module allows you to plan, record and budget all your in-house training events. It also interacts directly with the wider Training Activities section, allowing specific Training records to appear in Staff Portfolios, if appropriate.
