Ascon Systems provides specialist software for business, third sector and educational organizations. The company started life as a consultancy and has 15 years' experience of providing advice to organizations on leadership, business planning, performance management, staff development and Investors In People.

We have a detailed understanding of the needs of the sectors we serve and our systems reflects a practical understanding of the needs of managers in developing their staff.

Our commitment to excellence has driven the long development period of the system, with every aspect thought through in detail and refined over a period of years.
